Refund and dispute policy

We strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refunds are applicable only if the service was not delivered as described.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided.

Dispute Resolution:

If you have any issues with your payment or service, please contact us at info@saifienterprises.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or Stripe. We will review your case and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it with relevant proof of service delivery.
